Fantastic value for money paper
I like to practice botanical water colour painting and initially thought this paper was not going to allow good results. Not the case ! I made the mistake of using a granulating paint which did not give a very nice wash. On a whim I tried this paper again, using artist quality paints and I got amazing results. What I like most is that the colours remain incredibly vivid and rich once the paints dry. I'm not stretching this paper, and it did not buckle as I painted on seperate layers, but I haven't tried large washes. Will definitely be buying this paper again as it's much less expensive that other artist quality brands.

Truly wonderful paper
Just used this hot pressed watercolour paper for the first time and the results are fantastic. Allows for many layers, no bending of the page even without masking, frankly perfect. True pleasure to paint on. Arrived quickly and amazing quality. Thank you!

Beautiful paper, dries fast.
I've tried a lot of hot pressed papers and so far this is my favourite without spending to much. I use gouache and watercolour, the colours are so vibrant on this paper and it allows me to get crisp lines. It does dry rather fast and may not be great for beginners, I don't find it too difficult to get the pages apart but patience is required. I use a small craft knife, It's it's just the price you pay for not having to stretch it.

hot press paper
this paper is OK although I thought it was 'Not' press paper. The wet wash is fine but because it's Hot press you have to be quick. maybe wouldn't buy this again because it's not as user friendly for novice like me.

Reasonable quality for a fair price
Paper is nice and smooth, easy to uses as it’s a gummed block. Not far of Arches quality and a fraction of the price.

Quality product
Great paper no rippling or contouring after numerous watercolour washes and stands up to acrylic painting also. Great quality product

Lovely paper
Good value and excellent paper. Work on a block tends to withstand washes without buckling. A good size for smaller pieces of work.
