This is a top quality item, carefully designed and made of first class materials. After trying many options this is the only one I found which I can easily put on, adjust and take off myself. The strap can be worn just above the waist if under the ribs is not comfortable (as in the picture). The item was bought because bad posture was causing severe stomach acid problems. Wearing the item for a couple of hours a day particularly when prone to slouching has vastly improved the problem. It should be accompanied by standard and easy exercises to strengthen front and back core muscles (70 years old, 5ft 10, 14 st)

Comes in a box which is good to keep it in when you take it off.I purchased the large one as I am quite big.My main problem is huge breaststroke which drag my forward. Really tried many thing to try gain uprightness.Front closure bras are suggested but they do not work.This fits me well and ypu can adjust and hold in place with the velcro straps.It's a very simple set up which works well.The price is a bit high in my opinion for a strap and a bar of plastic.It does help though. I put on the second it arrived and I feel like a new and taller woman. Lol

This was a complete waste of money. Really low quality. Clearly had been returned and boxed up again and resold.

I ordered a large, but with a 42 inch chest & 36 inch waist, it barely fits me, and is actually too tight to be comfortable. Would be good if they got their sizing right.

I sit at my desk for most of the day due to work, and I noticed that my posture is suffering from this. I try to compensate by working out, but an hour of exercise a few days a week most likely doesn't make up for hours sitting at a desk every day. This harness really helps straighten my back and keeps it in a much better posture while I'm at my desk, plus it is useful when exercising as well to ensure I maintain proper posture. You have to be careful wearing this however, as having it on for too long might weaken the back muscles, but as long as you're mindful of that it is a great product.

I really like this posture support because it's as small as it can be but is still highly effective! This means you can wear it underneath clothes and it's still very discreet without anyone being able to tell you're wearing it. It helps keep my posture in check throughout the day and keep back pain at bay. Would recommend!

The media could not be loaded. Large wasn't big enough for me, I'm 41-44" chest size and says Large is 48" max It can extend to 48" but what it doesn't say that I couldn't breathe when I put it on at that length. On the bright side it is strong adhesive velcro straps, very comfortable to wear aside from the front chest strap which is far too tight for me, if you're skinny 40" or less your going to love this. It feels like it's designed for the thin skinny person, not the bulky body builder type.I believe comfortable Large is best suited for 40" or below max 40 with slim body type I'd say not 48" as Large is stated, and to measure that it is all the way round usually around the nipples, measure the inches all the way around back to front of the chest, have the tape snug around your chest, but not tight and then check, that's the size you are.I would give this an easy 5 star easy if it fit me. The quality of the materials are very good, and I believe if you wear it for some time, maybe years it will fix posture, but this takes time and a lot of exercise practice to sit up straight, this helps while wearing the product too. Also when using this product, you can do back exercises in the gym that can help speed the process up. This should also help with posture while training as sometimes lifting weights can slouch the body.Sorry for me it is average, because it hurts me when I wear it, but I have no doubt if this was larger and fit me, I would have rated 5 in a heartbeat.

I have been using this regularly, I have fitted it while training in the gym and I find it helped with keeping the correct posture for certain exercises enabling me to engage my lats bettering pulldown exercises or to keep my shoulders back for bicep curls. It definitely helps with my shoulder pain as I have a tendency to drop my shoulders when relaxed and this doesn’t help. Putting it on is easy and you can adjust the tightness quickly and easily too. Overall I’m very happy using it and can put up with the slight uncomfortableness after longer periods of wear. I do think it could be slightly cheaper, after all its strapping and a little bit of padded out plastic. Happy with it.
