I purchased the MassaMax 4D massage chair in June 2024 after researching a LOT of other chairs, so it has been 3 months now. I am 6' and 215lbs so I wanted a chair that I didn't feel like I was too tall for - I fit perfectly! For the features and price, this chair has been incredible! I purchased during a promotion and had a $500 off coupon, so the price came to a little over $2,000. I opted out for the $200-ish white glove delivery because I felt confident I could set up the chair myself, which was very easy to do! The chair arrived on a very well-protected pallet and only had one part to "assemble," and that was the leg extension. It truly is plug-and-play.I used to go to a massage place 1-2 times a month, which would cost around $150 each time (with a tip), so if you do the math, you can use this chair unlimited times per week, so it pays for itself in a few months, and I plan to keep it for many years!It has so many modes, presets, and features, but my favorite is Zero Gravity + Spine Health + Heat for 30 minutes. I only wish it had more intense heat and to include heat on the legs. The built-in Bluetooth speakers are decent, but honestly, I very rarely use them, so it's not a concern. The 4D massage feature and Air Cuffs are amazing. They apply just the right amount of pressure and automatically adjust themselves. The leather is high quality, and if you use a leather conditioner on it 1-2 times a year, it will last forever! TheAdditionally, this chair has the BEST WARRANTY out of all of the others I researched: one year vs. three years!Treat yourself right, and get this chair!

We really were impressed with this machine. Highlights were price of the chair, the quick delivery, easy set up within 5 minutes. We also enjoy the full LED touchscreen, the quality of the speaker when using the Bluetooth option. The multiple options for massages and the adjustment it offers. We loved the look of the machine.
