I am struggling to buy this here, and at my local suppliers and supermarkets. This spells bad news for me as my cats will get angry and they will take it out on me if they can't have their needs met!Please, tell me there is just a supply chain issue and it's not going to disappear completely because of some unforeseen circumstances with the business!? I am a customer for as long as they will live, and they are the healthiest 6.5 year old cats you're likely to meet. A lot of that is down to them getting the best from their food. This food.They use to eat blink, but their taste buds concluded that there was something not right about it. They just stared into space day in day out, pouch after pouch after a few months. I've seen the state of cats that are brought up on whiskers and kit-e-kat, or purina rubbish and these cats are kind of ill, they look ill and they eventually keel over. My mum's cats all went down that road, sadly. This may well be partially due to genetics, but I have never let whiskers pass the chops of my two, and I never will. And they have been eating Hi Life with enthusiasm daily for about 4 years or so now if not longer.Please keep making and supplying the big chicken and beef ones, it is the best by far. The highest quality and the best in terms of what matters for a cat's diet which is" REAL meat content above 65%. In a world where more and more (half thought about/quick buck making) cat foods hit the shelves, there are few that tick all the boxes like Hi Life, practically none.

My cats never have any issues with this food. They like it as it is very similar to raw meat texture. Poos are definitely not as smelly but cannot say the same about their wee. For the price you pay it’s a much better alternative than higher end cat foods that are just full of sugar.

Major things changed. Very disappointed and will be looking for another product.We have been using this brand and type of food for at least 2 years and our purchase history shows me Bought 20 + times. I believe that I know this product well and we were very happy with it until last couple months.First thing I realized that 3-4 month ago pouches changed to plane silver colour. No graphics.Later batch came old stile pouches but quality of food was not same since.Pouches came slightly inflated and wrinkled in last two deliveries.And most importantly food quality dropped badly. You could not see meat fibers anymore. It comes more as second class product where you get pate looking mass. Loads more jelly on sides. Smells different.And that's not all. In one of the pouches we found grey colour plastic piece. Looked like broken piece from some sort of machinery.One more pouche had some weird chalk looking mass mixed with food. Dark grey colour.We have binned previous box of food and ordered new one with hope to get our regular quality food. However, new order came with same issues except plastic and chalk pieces inside.Also, I think very important to mention that after using this batch of food my cats feces has changed texture and smell which to me looks like that something is clearly wrong with this food.Very disappointed and I hope someone can pass all of this info to product supplier.Hoping to hear back.

It smells fresh. But looks like most ordinary cat foods. It's a pate consistency, not in jelly or gravy. It has hardly any visible meat pieces .So I feel it is very expensive considering its suppose to be fresh meat pieces. Unfortunately my cat doesn't like so it's been a waste of money.

My boy can be fussy he'll normally enjoy one brand for a month or so then get bored and we have to switch for a month before going back. He's on month 4 now of hi life and still loving it so glad to find something he still likes! Also always thought it was rubbish when people say about they're coats getting glossy but he's so soft and silky lately!! Hope he keeps enjoying like he is
