Good product but hard on ears

Fantastic Idea. Badly Executed.
I bought them and received them 2 hours ago.They came nicely package. It asks you to install the Gfits app before starting to do anything.After that the app asks you to unpackage the earbuds and place them in the case.Then it asks you to remove them to begin the pairing process and that's where everything falls.The app just stays in a loop and doesn't do anything, while your ear tips are hardening by the UV light.I thought maybe it's because I'm using an older phone (Iphone Xs), so I took my wife's phone (Iphone13) and begin the pairing from there but nothing. Same thing.It's like the ear buds lose all the charge when I take them out from the case.So I lost all hopes and was thinking that I would be able to buy another sets of ear tips from UE, I 'd just need them to work to hop in to Warzone.I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning them.So I left them 15 minutes in the case to charge and then I tried pairing them the way they tell you to do, by holding the button for three second but nothing, they won't pair to my phones and to my pc with the included Usb A/C cable.Bare in mind that almost all my gaming gear is from Logitech and that's why I wanted them to work so bad, especially when I saw it had the Lightspeed connection.I went and did some quick research and found out that a lot of people have pairing problems and ear buds battery that die out before time. So, probably my ear buds are both dead and that's the reason why as soon as I remove them from the case they cease to exist.That is the reason why I will not get a replacement this time but I will just get a refund.The thought and idea is great and I really wanted to get rid of my huge GproX Headphones but the technology is too new and badly executed.I'll wait for a new version.As for now I'll probably get the Soundcore with the dongle. Too bad they only last about 3 hours in PC low latency mode while the Gfits were rated at 7 hours(Good enough for my gaming sessions).They would have been perfect.It just hurts.
