Muscle Release
Bought this for my adult daughter in-law for her tight neck. She loved it and uses it regularly. Helps to release the tight muscles at base of skull. Compact size makes it great to use when traveling. Just lay on carpeted floor and ease into position at back of neck.

Too hard, asymetrical
Much harder than I expected. If this was the hardness of rubber, like a thick tire it would be useful. It's hard plastic though. I am not a sports person, I am trying to help loosen my back muscles after a surgery left them permanently grinked. It might work better on a tougher person. One side bigger than the other is also akward, maybe there's a reason for it?
