It was great. Had to make the review after 3 months of intense use. It did not fail .. for me it felt like I got a new phone. Don't bother getting a best condition one because I got the lowest grade phone yet it felt entirely new and I am amazed about the condition of the phone ...

Needed to replace a damaged one and newer models arent really adding £500 of features or performance over a well done refurb.

I bought this phone as "Renewed - Like New" and when it arrived it's condition was as described. It was immaculate and looked brand new. I was more than happy as it was at a very competitive price. Initially it was fine but it soon became apparent that the touch screen was problematic. The touch screen would often stop responding and occasionally freeze altogether. So I returned the phone which the seller gave me an immediate refund without question. I was more than happy with the seller and response.

Best phone I have ever owned

I received a broken phone with the screen falling off despite ordering 'refurbished - excellent'. Tech tiger informed me that I would receive a replacement once I returned the broken on. Once the return arrived at tech tiger I was then told no replacement was available, they could only fix the broken one and send it back. I was offered no compensation despite this process taking over a week. Poor service, and a lengthy process to resolve a simple issue. Would not recommend.

Bought the phone, feeling good about the 1 year warranty. The phone arrived and was in good working order but has developed a default after 2 months.The customer service (Boss Deal is the seller) has been atrocious and this 1-year warranty is non existent.Avoid or buy with caution. Avoid Boss Deal too.
