Good Product for the price, needs better documentation
I've had the unit for about a week, and have used it about 6 times. So far, I'm very impressed with the quality. The machine itself is very good. The documentation is quite weak, and badly translated. I asked for some help on the help site, and I was just told to download software (that I already had, as it comes on a thumb drive with the machine). Once you figure it out, it is pretty amazing, but you need to do a good bit of self-educating. Still, for the price, I highly recommend this product. I'll update if it fails later, but so far, a good purchase at $139.

Its pretty Decent I Finally got it work but the Instructions could of Been better and it being In English could of been better as well but its a nice little Machine I guess

Amazing machine
This is a great machine easy to use and the engraving is excellent. Have not tried other items as I am at this time making name tags for scouts. It is amazing with the detail it captures. I would recommend anyone to purchase this
