It's not working and support isn't working either
I have owned several SRYP products in the past and I have been very happy with them... The orginal Geni, the Geni Mini's with the Pan and Tilt Kit, etc... I opened a technical support on 03/19/2021. I got my first response on March 25th. It asked me to try several things, and i did and they didn't work. I responded immediately and didn't get a response until 03/31/2021.Basically a week between responses, and asking the same things like what kind of camera I'm using again before not responding for another week... My last reply to their question was on April 15th... on April 21st I asked if someone could please review this and respond. They did respond again on the 28th telling me i would need to be using the cable I told them I was using two emails and two weeks earlier. They clearly don't review the previous messages. It's truly pathetic.
