eufy RoboVac Replacement Rolling Brush, RoboVac 11+ and RoboVac 11c Pet Edition, Accessory

These roller brushes are very short-lived but necessary for the Eufy 11+ to work. I have ordered multiple replacements. Now they are no longer available as Eufy discontinued this particular model. So I have a robotic vacuum that is totally nonfunctional. Customer service said they do not know that they will ever be available again so I am stuck. Will not buy any more Eufy products. Definitely will go with a known company next time. If I could give zero stars I would.

The media could not be loaded.  For the love of god, please revert all design changes back to the blue roller in the picture. That bad boy could handle over a month’s worth of my Newfie-like dog’s heaviest shedding & only need to be cleaned out about 3 times per room at that point (specifically, in rooms with wall-to-wall medium-pile carpet. The hardwood floor rooms generally needed no cleaning out of the bristles mid-room). The yellow one in the picture, however, just recently purchased & received this month, can only handle about 1-2 minutes of cleaning over my low-to-medium-pile carpet before it forces the vacuum to stop, claiming it is “stuck,” until I clean out the meager amount of hair it has picked up in that amount of time....I just popped it in today, I’ve had it running for a total of 15 minutes, and I’ve had to clean it out 5 times. Not impressed.The blue one is AH.MAY.ZING. My ONLY complaint with the blue one was that, after several months of heavy use, juuuuust enough hair would have worked it’s way into the un-clean-out-able black end pieces that the vacuum would start to have errors & claim it was stuck (due to the resistance caused by the trapped hair). It wouldn’t have any issues for the first few months, though! Totally worth buying a new one every so often!! This new design does NOT solve the problem. The fit is TOO tight now; it registers as stuck as soon as any kind of wad of hair builds up on the bristles.

The 11+ Eufy, and the customer service is fantastic. I did a crummy search looking for the replacement brushes and failed. I called the 800 number on the dust box and talked with Kevin. He told me they were on Amazon and he talked me through finding the brushes.I have had Eufy for 9 months now and she wakes up each and every morning and does her thing. I have 4 large dogs, 2 of them German Shepherds. Their hair clogs the brush each day, but I just pick her up, pull out the hair, dump the dust box and she finishes her cycle.She usually bumps the dogs hard enough to get them to move out of her way.I really like Eufy and find her reliable.

I was disappointed this brush does not fit the Eufy 11, sadly it is to long to go into the slots in the side. This is misleading. Where would I find the correct brush, my Eufy works great and very happy with it, but disappointed the wrong brush size is recommmend .I have changed my 1 star review to 5 stars, after receiving the wrong size brush, they have offered to send me the brush for the Eufy robovac 11. They contacted me the very next day and offered to send the brush I needed. Very impressed with such excellent customer service! I’ve been very happy overall with my Eufy and will continue to be a longtime customer. Thank you for your sincere and courteous assistance.

For anyone wondering, the 11+ does NOT fit the 11. I contacted Eufy directly for help and they're making things right! Their customer service is second to none. Five stars because the product looks like it's well-made, it's just a bummer that it's not made for the model I own!

Replacing the rolling brush fixed an issue where my RoboVac would just stop working; however, this rolling brush lasted about a month before the issue came back. I would imagine I should get at least four months out of the part. Even at four months, that's $33 per year in upkeep of this vac.

Bought it to replace the vacuum brush for my eufy 11+ vacuum that I purchased two years ago. It kept stopping and beeping 3 times saying that the brush was stuck a minute or two after I cleaned it. Replaced it with this one and now it's working again without getting stuck except when it gets caught in wires or socks....

Sometimes it's easier to just switch out the brush rather than clean it. I bought an extra one for the days when I'm in too much of a hurry to clean. We have a rug that sheds a lot and we have to clean the brush after every run.

Overly expensive. I would say mispriced. I got another set from the US, at almost 1/4th of the price.

However, they should let you in advance you will have to replace this part on average every 3 months. I only found out when my Eufy wouldn't work and kept beeping instead.
