The media could not be loaded. When moving from side to side, it gets a bit stuck unless you press down towards the floor then move it. Other than that it was easy to use, hard with one hand, but 2 hands is easy. Clip them in from both sides, flip the edges round then push down, the microfiber cloth is good quality, have to have it in the middle of the mop to curl in the edges.It was easy to use, easy to install, and a good mop overall, that has decent absorb, not the best but worth it, I think a bit of grease around the mop hinges might make it more fluent. Comes with a clip for I believe pet hairs, or can also hold onto thin wipe cloths, and 4 mop pads. It's an above average mop.

Why is the mop head so difficult to change? You shouldn't require two hands and two knees to hold the rod and clip one and clip the other and all this business, it should be something as simple as insert and click.It's very strange because it's got an overarching clamp, which requires more stretch on the mop fabric than it provides, which means that the first time you do it you might not even have enough fabric to clamp the other side which means you have to undo the whole thing. And after all this work the pole isn't very usable because it's not very adjustable, and it feels quite unbalanced. Overall disappointing because it's marketed less such cool and modernised mop but it really isn't
