Excellent neck support, perfect fit, functions perfectly and extremely easy to use. I should've bought this years ago. It isn't a magical fix but it does provide temporary relief as long as I'm wearing it. I highly recommend it. ❤️👍👍

I received this for the relief of cervical radiculopathy. It helped keep my neck in traction throughout the day when the pain became unbearable. I used it for almost a month, and initially, it was wonderful. I would use it after sitting in front of the computer for an extended period.Over time, I noticed that the air would slowly leak out and I would have to keep inflating it to maintain the tension. I decided to request an exchange since it was helpful, but it was just not working as expected. I was a day late for my 30-day return window, so I decided to message the company and explain the situation. Their customer service was extremely responsive and offered to make it right. I provided them with the details, and they sent a replacement right away. I would definitely buy again based on their wonderful handling of the situation.

I had this for almost a week now. I have DDD, and am having nerve pain related to that in my cervical spine. The first 4 days were amazing. It pumped up quickly and really stabilized my neck, and took the pressure off my C4. Unfortunately today it stopped inflating and deflating. My husband was looking at it and noticed there was a goose egg bump in the main rubber line that wasn't there earlier. We've tried everything to get it to work aside from taking it apart, which would just break it further. So while I loved this, and it helped me tremendously, into the trash it goes.

This product is very helpful in relieving my neck pain and improving my posture.

Use this while sitting in a chair and sometimes fall asleep. This gives support when my eyes close. I like the hand pump to control the inflation pressure.

I have always had neck tension, and recently have developed a pinched nerve in my neck. So far, the only thing that help the pinched nerve is meds, which are not good long term. I was hoping for some relief with this.So far, it isn't really helping the nerve, but I do feel some relief of the neck tension. I haven't been using it long, so maybe after some more time.Easy to use. Some relief.
