Better than regular milkshakes!
Taste gets 5 🌟 (this is my favorite) I've had the sample package so I have tried 8 different flavors.Product packaging gets 3 🌟 the "zip lock" doesn't stay sealed on this bag, so I have to transfer it to another container.Overall 4 🌟I haven't had keto chow as an actual meal replacement yet, more like a keto treat. I make a shake when I want something sweet and just take a few sips (1 shake lasts me 3 days) it cures the sweet tooth problem.It is very thick and filling (better than any milkshake I remember growing up.) I used heavy whipping cream as the fat and it very delicious 😋

Tastes pretty good, especially when chilled overnight
Good tasting shake. Easy to make. I just put it in the mixer with some avocado oil and set it in the fridge to grab and take to work in the morning. However, I was shocked to see I just bought this a couple days ago, and the price jumped over $25 since then. Just want to know what happened as it may affect me purchasing another package.

Arrived Ripped, But Good Product
This arrived ripped and had leaked powder on the rest of my order. I put the bag into a ziplock just try to contain what was left. I tried to do a return/replace, but apparently that's not an option.Update: I was able to receive a refund by going through customer service. Having used the product now, it seems as quality as advertised. I stayed in ketosis after consuming (I checked with test strips) and I feel like my nutrition is on point. It is a bit pricey, but it seems to deliver, so it is probably a decent option for those who really want to lose fat via ketosis and have a hard time actually reaching ketosis when they are putting together their own meals. Believe me, there a so many foods that will kick you out of ketosis that you might not expect to - I have experimented and learned this.

The best we have found.
We have been using Keto Chow since September of 2018. We have ordered directly through the retailer's website and now though Amazon since we can have an Amazon CC that has a points system. My wife and I have one shake per day each for lunch. It's a cost effective way to control calories and carbs while being about 1/3 nutritionally complete with vitamins and electrolytes. Our favorite flavor os Chocolate Toffee. We could live on that alone, but we also swap with other flavors for variety. Salted Caramel , Mint Chocolate, Chocolate and Vanilla have all made the round here, and we are trying banana this time. The owners of the company often use their own product, and are always improving the formula. If you are trying to control carbs or calories, or trying a Keto diet, this product is highly recommended.
