I love this book
I love this book! As a novice I found it very easy to follow and inspiring. I have made some of the recipes already and they are lovely. The recipes use basic, easily obtainable ingredients - many of which you would have in your store cupboard or garden. Thoroughly enjoyable.

This is just one chapter copied from another book.
This is simply a copy of the beauty chapter from the same authors 'herbal recipes for vibrant health' book. What a rip off. Very basic in any case.
