Pros: The balance of electrolytes and caffeine (120mg) is what I'm looking for in a pre workout powder. Any more than 120 mg is unnecessary for anyone that hasn't lost their sensitivity due to using 200-300 mg in other products. The taste isn't really delicious, but I don't put too much importance in taste as long as it's innocuous.There is 45% of the RDA of zinc, which is beneficial if you want to use this as a zinc supplement. But if you're already taking it be mindful that this has almost half of your daily zinc needs.Cons: Some may not find the taste to be sweet enough. But it is stevia rather than sucralose or sugar alcohols which have been linked to various health risks.It has BCAAs on the ingredients list, but only 500 mg. How much is that going to do when the average dose is several grams up to 20?Overall, 90 servings per container is a good value, sweetened with stevia, maybe a little label embellishment with 1/2 g of BCAAs.

This stuff is the best. I use it in place of coffee now in the mornings and a good afternoon pick me up.All the flavors taste great. Gives great energy, perfect amount of caffeine. And you even don’t get coffee stains on your teeth. It’s a win win!

Surpasses other more expensive electrolyte powders and all the flavors are tasty!

Everything is great about this electrolyte power, the only reason I gave it 4 stars was due to the taste. It didnt taste bad, but I have had others that tasted much better.Seems to be great quality and leaves me feeling like I am retaining more water.The powder mixes pretty well but foams up a lot when shaken.Overall, great value for the money.

The taste is without a doubt the worst... Hopes were high to try a new brand and flavor with stevia rather than sucralose and that was a big mistake. Wasted my money on this stuff.

100% recommend. I hate sucralose, this has stevia which I’m not a fan of but its taste hides great in this. I love the natural caffeine and I started drinking this instead of coffee. Get my caffeine, electrolytes all in one to start my day. I work outside and need the electrolytes.I also bought the mix without caffeine so I can do more electrolytes trough out the day with out the extra caffeine.

Great taste to enhance drinking water throughout the day.

I like this brand a lot, their products have no artificial sweeteners which is important to me. The powder dissolves well and tastes good. I don’t really notice much of a caffeine boost, it’s not like other pre-workout drinks that I have tried, which gives me a little jittery or tingly feeling. So I don’t really notice much of a workout boost, but I still like it for during workouts for hydration purposes.
