Q: Is it suitable for wet places like the bathroom? Is it waterproof when touched with wet hands?

I may be wrong, but I'm 99.9% sure, you can't have a light switch in a bathroom. It has to be easier a pull cord switch or outside on the wall before you go in. Otherwise it would have to be IP67 or IP68 rated.

Q: Does this need to be earthed?

Hi, The Retrotouch rocker switches do not require an earth connection. Many thanks

No. What you have is a small reflective material which glows in the dark....helping you locate your switch.

Q: On existing 2 way lighting, can I just replace the one switch with one of these or must I replace both.

No reason why you cannot just replace the one but a word of advice - if your existing are the basic ones you will find that the connections on the new ones are slightly different. I got an electrician in to be safe.
