I recently had strep and was using this spray like crazy to help replenish my glutathione. Do some research on this - there are crazy health benefits and it's safe for kids! The spray tastes fine, mostly like water. Easy, quick, effective. So great to have on hand, esp if you're going to take or give Tylenol (which depletes glutathione). Amazing product, try it on dry cracked lips to see the amazing results your entire body will enjoy. My wife mists her face and has seen a remarkable improvement in her skin. I have a use for this product that has not been mentioned before in this product's reviews.I have Parkinson's Disease. Recently, I received an email from The Michael J. Fox Foundation that Glutathione was found to significantly reduce Parkinson symptoms in a Phase II clinical trial which is nearing its completion. Based on the promising results, the final Phase III trials are being initiated (to find the proper dosage) before the Phase II results are available. After checking with my Movement Disorder doctor who gave me the "go ahead," I purchased ts product.Because the Phase II trials used nasal sprays, I chose to ignore this product's instructions to spray into the mouth and spray into my nose instead. Absorption is much better through the nose. Initially, I sprayed twice into each nostril after breakfast, lunch, and dinner to achieve a daily dose of 12 sprays. My symptoms improved dramatically, but were not entirely gone. As a result, I've added spraying twice in each nostril when I wake up and before I go to bed, making for a total of 20 sprays per day; I am waiting for the results of this increase in dosage.For the people who are finding this product ineffective for their use, try spraying in each nostril instead of your throat.

I have noticed an improvement in my chronic fatigue syndrome symptoms while using this spray. This spray seems to be better quality than some pills because my results last longer.

This really is a good product. I've tired a couple others and this one works the best 'for me (we're all different, it may or may not work the best for you). The price point is excellent - and have to tell you that I absolutely, positively sleep like a big fat baby when I take this. Sometimes I forget and when I do I don't sleep as well.Highly recommend.

Waiting to see about the long term effectiveness.But, this comment is about the packaging, specifically the spray bottle.To start, it only sort of barely works as a sprayer. Almost always requires one pump just to get the flow started. Then, on subsequent pumps, the spray is erratic, sometimes a full spray, other times just a trickle. Getting a good spray seems to be something elusive.Secondly, as a nasal spray, it should have a slightly upward direction of the spray nozzle. This one is straight horizontal. Makes it hard to angle it up into your nostrils, and also, tilting the bottle sometimes results in a loss of suction to the liquid.I will comment on the effectiveness of the treatment later, but for now, be aware, the spray bottle for a nasal spray kind of sucks.

I really like this version of glutathione. I have used different products from this brand and have really liked them and my doctor gave me a recommended glutathione to use previously but I hated the taste so much I asked if I could try this instead. The taste is much better and the results seem the same or better considering I rarely wanted to use the previous bad tasting product. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an easy way to boost/maintain your health. The only reason I didn’t rate it higher is because it asked about pain and I personally did not take this for pain specifically and though I have experienced pain reduction while using this product I am also taking other supplements to help with body pain so I cannot determine the exact cause of my pain relief.
