Totally useless
The on/off switch never worked from day one and the pull cord failed on the fourth day of use. The seller has gone very quiet and doesn’t seem to want to resolve this problem. This item is not fit for purpose, don’t waste your money.

Doesn’t go the distance
I was initially really impressed with this machine. It worked very well in clearing brush however on the 2nd use the cord retraction failed and I have had to return it. It is also very heavy and trying to get the handle bars in the correct position to take the weight off my back was a real fiddle. I landed up buying a different harness as it wasn’t cutting it.Word of warning to potential buyers, the company are playing hard core about refunding the payment I made. Despite the return being arranged through Amazon and the fact that Amazon have proof of delivery on the 19th, I have had to chase them up about the refund a week later (no contact from them at all) and they are requesting an invoice and a copy of the return label. Now that I can’t provide because Amazon send a QR code which you use to print the label inside at the courier drop off point. Rather disappointed about the whole experience to say the least.Update: I am pleased to say I was refunded the full amount.
