The phone case is very durable very reliable and worth the price the phone case has held up and kept my phone safe from any damages highly recommended

Watched the installation video before I started and they made it look like separating the front and back was a snap. Not. I had to use a flat blade inserted between them at the divot to pry them apart. Getting it all back together was pretty easy though. It would be nice if they would do two things. First, make it clear in the video that it is a generic video and may not look like my phone even though I clicked on my phone so expected to see it. Second, include an alcohol wipe to clean phone screen. And it would be nice if the front and back of the case separated easier. Otherwise it seems to be very good quality and I like the idea of having two fronts, one with a screen protector and another without one.

I looked at several cases before choosing this case. I was most impressed by the option to have your phone use the built in screen protector or use the included screen trim without the screen protector. I chose to use the protector since there has not been a lot of information provided by Samsung regarding the type of impact resistance glass that is used on this phone. I have experienced a cracked screen on an LG G8 ThinQ. That screen costs more to replace than the new A14 phone itself. So protecting the screen is a priority for me on any phone that I purchase now. The rest of the case is impressive as well. The thickness of protection, quality of this design, the ease of installation or removal, overall appearance of the case, the coverage of the, power button, audio port opening and charging port are all items the met and exceeded my expectations. The kickstand is an added bonus as well. The price is about what I would expect for a case of this type. The second photo is of the phone standing up on the side using the kickstand. I hope this information will help anyone that is interested in purchasing this case.

Product is durable. I have been using Poetic cases for a while now. Very good phone case, protects, absorbs shocks, and the kickstand is a plus.

Fits very well, and phone works great with it snuggly surrounding. I did not use the plastic cover provided, as plastic gets scratched up very easily. I used a tempered glass cover instead, from Supershieldz. They are a great combination, and love how the phone works with both of them and is protected.

Fits my SAMSUNG Galaxy A14 5G perfectly. It seems rugged enough but then again I've not dropped the phone to see how well it holds up. I'll update this review if and when the phone gets dropped.

Buttons are super easy to use including fingerprint and volum buttons , a lot less bulkey then other cases, great protection with raised edges. Excellent case. My body glove case sucked sound was muffled buttons barely worked**UPDATE** kickstand broke eventually, contacted poetic and there sending a free replacement**

Overall, this phone case is an excellent product. It provides fantastic protection for my phone and fits perfectly, offering peace of mind against accidental drops or bumps.However, I did encounter a couple of issues after some use. The case is quite difficult to take apart once assembled, which unfortunately led to a art of it breaking during removal. Additionally, while the kickstand is a great feature and very convenient at first, it didn't hold up as well as I'd hoped. It broke relatively quickly, leaving it unusable.That said, I still the the case is awesome for its primary purpose: protecting your phone. A few tweaks to improve the durability of the kickstand and make disassembly easier would make this a five-star product for me.
