This wall mount is a plastic cradle/basket for your Xbox series x. The product indicates it’s made of plastic to limit interference . It’s sturdy plastic and it not being made of metal doesn’t bother me.Xbox orientation.This wall mount sits flush with the wall and the back end of the bracket is tall so you will not be able to Face the Xbox forward. I mounted my Xbox on the left side of my TV therefore I oriented my Xbox facing to the left so the back side would be facing to the tv and I would have visible but good cable management.InstallInstall was a breeze. I really appreciate the level bubble on the bottom of the cradle. It made leveling the bracket easy. The screws that come with the kit I believe are self tapping so you don’t need anchors. I installed half of the bracket on a wood stud and the other half on drywall and the bracket is secure.Ventilation is really good since the bottom of the cradle has slots for good airflow.

Good quality! A bit worried for the plastic it's made of. It Feels flimsey and bends when I put some weight on it. The only other qualm I have it the design for how the screws go into the wall. It could have been I was just in a hard to reach area. But it was very troublesome for me to try and screw it into the wall. The bottom 3 places the screws need to go into are awkward, and tight fitting if you don't have small hands, or a small screw driver...Other then that tho I love having my xbox hung, wire management is eaiser as well!

The TotalMount Wall Mount for Xbox Series X is a fantastic addition to my setup! It was incredibly easy to install and fits the Xbox perfectly. By mounting the console on the wall, it frees up valuable space on my TV cabinet and keeps everything looking neat and organized. This is my 2nd Total mount. I mounted a series S in my daughter's room & it turned out great. I just mounted this one in my son's room & it too turned out great. I'll eventually get the PS5 total mount & will mount my other daughter's PS5 & SX as well. These thing's are great!It literally took all of 5 mins to mount this thing! The attached level is all u really need. U can put the mount on the left or right side of your TV. I mounted this one on the left because that is the closest side to the wifi router. When mounting to the wall make sure to get the mount as close to the TV as possible to minimize your cords showing. Less cords makes for a cleaner appearance & that's what this mount is all about.The controller mounts work really well & I decided to use one as a headset holder. What's even more impressive about this mount is the screws. The screws are designed to hold the Xbox & mount in place without going into a stud. I did get the 2 screws into a stud on the far right side of the mount closest to the TV & the other four screws I put into the sheetrock with no anchors & it's all very secure. These screws make a huge difference! If u are worried & want to use anchors u can, but they really aren't even needed.All in all these mounts help to get your SX into the air & ventilated, & well organized. It just looks so much better having these consoles on the wall. Total Mount makes for a professional looking gaming set up. I highly recommend these mounts!

Pros: This stand was incredibly simple to install, the leveling bubble and holes are power idiot proof.It is very sturdy. With enough screws going into the wall, I don’t have to worry about my $600 console falling.Does not feel flimsy.Cons: It’s pretty one-dimensional. The front of the Xbox has to be facing the side, it cannot be front facing without the mount blocking the disc drive.No bells and whistles are included. They don’t mislead you or anything, but you have to invest in separate controller mounts if you want the full mount experience.Verdict: I’m happy. I do wish I could turn my Xbox to be front facing, not necessarily just as a preference, but so I can see the power button and if my console is on, but I’m definitely happy to forego that functionality in exchange for the super easy installation. I would recommend to others.

Works just as I hoped. I've got it mounted behind my TV where it can't be seen. No visible wires and very clean look. Would buy again but don't ever see a need to. Good buy
