Goldilocks orthotics
Tried so many...from Powerstep ones to another SOLE (active one with the met pad) and all hurt like crazy. Not these. PERFECTION for my fallen arches, bunions and a neuroma- which is really painful. My advice is skip any metpads altogether as these might press on the wrong spot and risk worsening pain.

Best replacement for OEM insoles.
Been using these for at least 10 years. I have 3 pair of hiking footwear and several pair of sneaks. These are in all of them as replacements for the insoles that came with each pair. The metatarsal bump really sits exactly where it should be and provides excellent support for the metatarsal. These are not soft. They are made of cork and mold to your feet over time, or if you are in a hurry, you can put them into the oven at 200 degrees and accelerate the molding process. If you hike, you should have these in your shoes. Period.

Saving my feet from soreness, 25K steps a day
From my very first few steps walking around with my SOLE insoles, I felt WOW - this is something completely different! Since then, I’ve been loving the insoles every day. I’m on my feet all day long as a yacht stewardess, some days walking over 25K steps a day. My feet used to be “killing” me by the end of my workday - despite wearing premium orthopaedic insoles - but not any more, thanks to SOLE.I didn’t notice any need for breaking in the insoles; they fit well straight away. I love that the cork is a sustainable product too.If you want the best protection against sore feet and if you’re on your feet a lot during the day, I can’t recommend the SOLE insoles enough!

Good but squeaky
Comfy and work well but they definitely squeak alot. I tried two diffent pair of shoes but they squeak in both, not bad just slightly annoying. It's definitely the cork because it didn't happen with the previous other material insoles.

Excellent product
These seem quite good at the outset. Haven't used a support insole from this maker before, but have used other makers' product and Soles are excellent, very good in comparison at first use.

Love them but don’t travel with them, sweat on them, leave them in a hot car, or clean them.
I really love these insoles and the way they cushion my feet and provide support. After a multi-week Alaska adventure Involving extensive hiking. Both of the insoles disintegrated in 130 f bedbug Treatment oven. So you can’t leave them in a hot car. You also can’t use any sort of boot Dreyer With them. That kind of defeats the purpose. You wear waterproof shoes they get kind of funky you need to clean them and you can’t!!!It’s really nice you can sort of kind of mold them to your feet, but it’s really not nice to spend $120 on shoe insoles to have that put down the drain when you have to Decon from the bedbugs from your trip.At $60 per pair, they are a horrible value As they don’t last, and they can’t be cleaned. They are fairly thick and will Change the fit of your shoes. They provide good grip inside your shoe for your sock. I loved them until I couldn’t wear them Because they disintegrated After just one trip.I’m afraid I can’t recommend this product anymore.Update 9/28I contacted sole directly (who’s customer service is beyond excellent) and they fixed my issue.

This cork insole was recommended by my podiatrist and I agree!
This cork insole was recommended by my podiatrist. I had spent years buying much cheaper insoles but they didn't resolve my arch pain. This insole has resolved that. Because of their durable nature, I move them from shoe to shoe so I don't have to purchase multiple insoles. Instructions are provided how to warm them in the oven and then form them to your feet, but if you have higher arches like I do, you can just let the warmth of your foot form them as you wear them. I highly recommend to go see a podiatrist and get evaluated. Do not go to The Good Feet Store. Even their website says "The Good Feet Store is Not a Medical Provider and Does Not Provide Medical Advice".
