Waste of Time
I ordered this Teddy Ruxpin for $107. It was advertised as coming loaded with 5 stories and 13 songs for a total content of 65+ minutes. What I got was a bear loaded with 3 songs and 7 stories for a total of 45+ minutes of content. I could have gotten the same thing from a different vendor for $68. Even the picture is wrong! The Teddy I ordered has a pinafore like the original Teddy. The one I received is wearing a vest with 3 buttons in the front. The entire item has been misrepresented. I'm extremely upset because this was to be a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. I wish there were a way to give only 1/2 star. What a colossal waste of time and effort. It's going back!

LOVE TEDDY RUXPIN
Love this bear and so does my daughter. She’s only 9 months old but Teddy is her friend on long car rides. She loves to listen to him talk and sing. I accidentally deleted the additional stories and their customer service (email) was amazing. Andy went over and above to help. Adding additional songs does require a computer, but if you follow the instructions it’s a quick and easy process.

This is the most amazing teddy bear. Our granddaughter loves Teddy.
Teddy is a wonderful storyteller and our 2 yr. old granddaughter is enthralled with him. She talks to him and sings along with him. He is a treasured "friend".

Revived the wrong one
I hadn’t a similar experience as some of the other buyers. I ordered the teddy Ruxpin with the exclusive outfit and didn’t receive that one even though I paid more for it, my daughter likes the gift itself.

I am pleased with the quality
Cute bear! I am pleased with the quality, but I think it might be better for a child closer to three. My grandson (just under two) isn't very interested in the toy.
