This is one of a few cod chicken sticks that I buy for my 13-year-old lab. He absolutely loves them. They are easy for him to eat, and he never turns his nose up at one. I like that they are fairly healthy in comparison to some of the other dog treats on the market, and the price is pretty good considering the quality and amount you get. I will continue to buy these.

These treats get a five star review from our yorkies.I stored them in a glass jar, and there is not an overwhelming smell with this treat.Dogs love to chew on them, and it takes them only a short time to devour it.Storing it the way we do, they remain fresh for the month that it takes for us to go through them with two pups.I have tried to break them in half to split one treat between the two dogs, but it is very difficult to do that by hand. The sticks do not break easily just for your information.I will keep purchasing this item as it is a favorite for our pups.

I was worried when I saw a lot of review pictures of burnt looking treats but the batch I received was fine. The smell isn't pleasant but no where near as bad as the dried pig ears we tried in the past. Our dogs can get through the chicken portions pretty quickly but the cod center takes them a little longer. They will gnaw on it for a while and start breaking off small pieces till its gone. In the end it keeps their attention for about 10-15 minutes which is what I was wanting out of these treats.

My dogs really like these treats. They smell nice and hold together - not like other wrapped-around chew stick types of other products. I’ll buy again.
