Looked like a good phone but showed roaming when I was not and would not complete a call. Very disappointed. Seemed like it should have worked based on the reviews I read. Box showed EU software. The esim app didn't show USA as an option also US never showed up in the clock options either.

I like the phone so far. Very rugged and durable. Works great and very fast in the internet. BUT , the battery is nowhere near what I expected and was the main buying feature for me. Honestly, the battery lasted 2 days from a full charge, no longer than my previous phone with only half the battery capacity. And I wasn't using it all that much since I was at work for 8 hours today and yesterday.Other than that and I can't find a case with a belt clip for it, it seems to be a great phone. BUT not worth $500.Please note that I have only used this product for two days.UPDATE. The battery is doing much better since the initial start. I'm thinking the start up and updates it did to get going may have been a strain on the battery, idk. But it is holding a charge better now.Now,if I could find a belt clip for it I would be very happy.I truly love the phone so far and have since purchased a DOOGEE watch from the company.

I recently purchased a DOOGEE Rugged Smartphone and I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase!The quality is outstanding. This phone was built to last, and feels indestructible. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are remarkable, with a style to rival the iphone.Exceptional speed and intuitive user interface currently handling 90% of my work needs. I especially appreciate the fast processing capabilities while multitasking with different apps, no latency. The battery life is also incredible. I go multiple days of use without charging it, and the phone the rapid charge is really quick. The dual sim feature allows me to handle both my business and personal lines on the same phone.And for those who appreciate good phone security, you will be impressed with the phones bio unlocking features. Neat feature on this phone is the finger print sensor is conveniently located on the side of the phone which I prefer over the front/back locations on Samsung Galaxy and Iphone.

PROS: The feel and design are excellent. Coupled with a solid construction that can't be overlooked. I would have given the device a solid 5 stars if it weren't for one drawback (See CONS).CONS: Attempted to replace my daily driver phone with the V30 but ran into one snag. One of the major cellular providers here in the U.S. stated that the phone would NEVER be able to work with their VOICE feature on the V30. While the V30 was able to connect to their network, only the DATA feature was compatible. I spent two hours working with their TIER 2 support technicians and they were unable to resolve the VOICE issue.Don't get me wrong, I do like the V30 and I have found a different carrier that can provide compatible VOICE and DATA services for the device. Just be warned that you may have to switch cellular carriers to enjoy the full features of this amazing device.

Despite having a 10800mah battery it doesn't last longer than 1½ to 2days with normal use. No extensive internet browsing, YouTube, or music playing. I am truly disappointed being as this is one of the main reasons I chose & purchased this brand & model. Truly disappointing, made sure the charging flap was closed & had it less than 18in under water for maybe 10 seconds & within 10 minutes the phone hasn't worked since then.

Don't waste your money on this phone it's hyped up to be this awesome work phone The only thing awesome about it is that it's rugged. Glitches constantly and won't pull the keyboard up Bluetooth glitches out you would think for such a military grade phone it would have better service but the service sucks. There's a ton of other problems but you get the point Don't buy this garbage You're better off going to Walmart.

I got a nice 8 months or so out of it. Not 5g so service is limited no matter where you are... Then to top it off... It broke when I dropped it on its face... Went black and I never could interact with it again. Didn't have warranty . Good points is android and still has sd slot.. makes me think about going back this route just to stop hearing about cloud storage for sell after they took away the slots on all new model phones....

iThis is the worst phone I've ever used in 30 years and that goes back to some junk phones but they did what you wanted not what they did this phone will not stay on task it opens closesaos in it's on it won't stay on taskhold any app I want to use open just randomly shuts them down a then down
