Smooth flavor, makes a good spirit, and a great blend!
I love this, mixed half and half with the Dublin Style Single Malt. Comes very close to one of my favorite Irish whiskys but at about 1/3 the cost. I love the ability to mix my own, and vary the flavor. I've used different levels of toasted and charred oak spirals, varied the amount of time to "condition" the spirit.
