Very nice amp, clean power
I bought this amp after reading many reviews here on Amazon. It is a 5 channel amp with plenty of power for most needs. I have it powering my entire system: 2 tweeters up front with mids, 2 coaxials in the rear doors and a 10 inch sub behind the rear seats. It’s rated at 100x4 and 200x1. It is crystal clear, no hissing or popping and I play it moderately loud. The amp doesn’t get warm and doesn’t clip. It sounds good! If you want an amp to handle all of your stereo needs with clean power and for a really good price, this is the one to get!

Decent for the price.....BUT........
Bought this amp to simplify my install by using one amp instead of two. Previous amps were CT Sounds CT-400.1D and CT 80.4 AB. I figured that since this five channel is rated for roughly the same amount of power as the two amp combo, I could save space, and wiring. After installing, I was not happy with the output of the sub amp section. After researching some amp dyno videos, I found out that the mono section of this amp just barely puts out the 400 watts at 1 ohm that are promised. The previous monoblock, the CT 400.1D puts out closer to 650 watts. The lower power of the monoblock section was a deal breaker for me, as the separate stand alone monoblock amp had spoiled me with its higher output. This IS a decent little five channel amp for someone who wants it all for a small system, but in my opinion, you would be way more satisfied getting the two separate amps that I mentioned above...... a little more money, a LOT more power.

This unit puts out a lot more than 150 W x 4 at four Ohms.
This amplifier is very underrated so it says that it puts out 150 W by four and a four ohms but it’s more realistic around 200 to 225 W per channel by four.A great amplifier, but be careful with your speakers.

Very impressive
I've been in the audio game for over 20 years and I can tell you I've cooked alot of well known brand amps and subs in my day but I've literally beaten the heck out of this little 5 channel and it won't give up. Very surprising for it's size it actually puts out a really good amount of power. Highly recommend...

No subsonic filter for sub channel, but works great otherwise.
BUYERS BEWARE: This amp does NOT have a subsonic filter on the subwoofer channel. Subsonic filters are important because they limit how low your sub(s) will play and can prevent them from distorting/bottoming out. This amp fits perfectly in the area that I wanted to put it and works just great, besides that one pretty big drawback. I am hoping my head unit has some sort of subsonic/HPF for the sub channel. If not, I will have to buy the Harrison Subsonic inline RCA filters.

Perfect mids & highs. Low end is light on power.
In short: Definitely worth the 200 I paid. Just don't expect your subs to shake houses, docked 1 star for lack of sub power.Setup:Switched from JBL ma 704 + JBL gtx 500. Polk db plus 6.5 coax, and Dayton mx-12 in a cheapo box. Stock head unit(pioneer) 2016 Honda Accord(ANC ON). Nvx power/sub wiring, and ds18 9 wire for speakers. Set gains using an o scope. Went with a recoil LOC, it picked up alternator. Replaced with a kicker LOC I found at best buy. Working perfectly now.Good:I didn't think CT Sounds would sound anywhere at, or near the quality of JBL. Even with the ANC on this thing wins hands down for mids/highs. While the sub channel doesn't slam it does perfectly blend it altogether. The crossovers, in my opinion, dad nicely. Harsh hard crossovers have caused clipping, or something like it for me in the past.Bad:Gets hot! Make double sure you allow space to vent so as to not void your warranty. I'm a bit of a bass head so the sub channel isn't going to cut it for me. Really wish the sub channel had a few hundred more watts to give. Yes I had hopes the sub channel was just underrated, it's not.

Midrange amp
I have 4 6.5” Timpano midrange 4 ohm speakers 500 watts max a piece hooked up to it. Sounds great! And I love that it tells you when you’re clipping so you can tune it good. The 5th channel is good for my 400 watt 6.5” Skar audio sub. Haven’t pushed anything harder than that. Good for midrange and just a small boost of bass!
