Great product easy to fit fast delivery

It was easy to install. Could not spot the inbuilt water level mentioned in the manual and had to use my own which was not a big deal. It is a good value for money awning.

Awning arrived quicker than expected, is good quality and looks fab. Needs two people to install but it doesn't take long, however, make sure you have the right tools first before you begin. I would definitely recommend Greenbay because of the speedy service and quality of product.

The actual product seems to be well made and once fixed in place works well. However the instructions are not good. They are perhaps suitable for people who already know how to fix an awning in place. You need to measure the awning frame to work out the measurements for fixing the brackets. The depth and width of the holes for the brackets as recommended in the instructions don't seem accurate either based on the fixings provided. I suppose I should have realised the process wouldn't be straight forward based on the delivery of the item which is a lot heavier than stated. The person who delivered the item abandoned the parcel at the side of the house without even knocking on the door or ringing the bell. A decent product, probably worth the money but if you do buy it get some help or proceed with caution.
