Would not suggest for a full time defender or LSM.
Exactly what my son needed to play defense on his rec team when they needed him. Usually an attackman, he helps when defense is short on players. Thought he’d restring the head but after trying it he decided factory string job was actually quite good. Returned the $40.00 worth of restringing supplies. On the downside, the head is too flexible for serious defense play. If your son is under 11 years old or an occasional defenseman like my 13 year old, this can be adequate.

Great stick. My sons lacrosse team stomped the other team last saturday 8 to3. Was the most brutally physical game ive ever seen yet and the stick held up great

This is a good beginner stick, but my high school defender had it bent within 2 weeks.
