I got myself two and the product works well. Intense vibrations. The size is enough for any hand size. Sturdy until one of them I dropped from a good height, now it doesn’t vibrate like it use to! (Gonna pop it open and see if I could fix it) Otherwise, great for a range of things. I use it for osteoblast and to enhance my boxing recovery!

I bought this from Amazon. I have horrible issues at times with my right piriformis muscle spasming. Tried the exercises and Ibuprophen I've used in the past but it would not release. This ball is a real game changer!! it is powerful enough to reach deep inside my muscle tissue to reach to area that needs to be massaged! I thought it might be too big - but it isn't. The ball needs to be this big to lay on it and have good placement on the affected area. THANK YOU who ever invented this!! I recommend this thing highly!!

I bought 5 of these and game four as gifts. It’s great. You can get to your back, glutes and hamstrings. Great companion to a massage gun.
