Good quality! My first fresh cheese!
Just one recommendation.They are coming a bit off-white. Put them in a bowl and cover with boiling water and let is soaks for a while. Do this few times, till the water comes off clear. After using, do the same, no detergents.

Strong and works great
I made elderflower cordial and the cloth was strong, didn’t tear or warp. It was easy to get the liquid through. Elderflower can’t be washed before making the cordial, you leave it in the sun for an hour and hope the bugs run away. So straining is a vital part to get right, so you don’t end up with bug soup. As you can see in the pictures, the liquid is clear, free of bugs and bits.
