Bought for a large dog (36kg) with hip dysplasia. She wouldn’t get on it until we put another bed thing on top-she seemed to not like the material at all (she’s not usually fussy!). 3 months later and 2 of the joints have cracked so it just collapses. I’m gutted as it’s expensive and we have very little money-we just wanted our dog to be happier and not in pain. It’s only been mildly used (generally overnight and not even for the full night).

I must be honest, I have not been particularly satisfied with this product, the drainage ring fell out immediately,the sticky foot pads didn't stick and a corner mould snapped after only two and a half months use. However and this is a big HOWEVER, the lady at LPT Co. provided me on every occasion with a masterclass in customer service and problem resolution. When the ring fell off, I received a new cover (no quibble) next day delivery. When she was so disappointed to read my original review of the product,she got in touch with me nigh on immediately to find out how she could help make things better. She is now sending not just one but several spare corner moulds along with a full set of replacement feet. I can honestly say she could not have done more to ensure customer satisfaction. Although I cannot bring myself to endorse this dog bed, I will say that I wouldn't hesitate to biuy from this lady again; that is what the four stars are for.

The dogs love this bed and hopped straight up as soon as we put it together. No instructions, but not necessary as it really is simple and only takes a few minutes. Very light and easy to move out of the way or to another room, but that also means it slides on hard floors. I need to get some pads to put under the feet to give it some traction. The bed cover is also a bit slippy, even with light blankets on top (as they slip when the dogs jump on or off) so I'm going to get some non-slip vet bed which I think will be perfect.I chose this bed mainly because I want a doggy 'sunbed' and this fits the bill perfectly with the waterproof cover. But until the sun comes out, it will be used indoors. I love that it packs away into its own neat carry case - perfect for going on holiday.My daughter wanted us to get a big cosy dog bed, but I didn't want something that permanently takes up so much room in the living room, plus our dogs are allowed on the sofa. Interestingly, several times the dogs have chosen to sleep on the Snoozezy bed instead of the sofa, so they must find it just as comfortable. And a big plus for me is that it is easy to clean, unlike alternative big cosy dog beds.

If you buy this product expect to keep paying for new corners directly from the vendor at £5.99 for 4 every 2 months. Find another alternative that is more robust and made of metal.

Like the product but the cover started to rip after two months use by our Doberman. Contacted LPT who to their credit have sent us another cover but did explain we should use a blanket on top as per the recommendation (we did miss that). Wouldn't work for us as our four legged friend doesn't keep a tidy bed. Two small tears and the central riveted hole has broken after little use, as it's a second bed. Will see how the second mesh cover is but do feel like the original (basic) cover doesn't appear to be able to take use from bigger and more energetic dogs. All credit to LPT for very quick response after we encountered the problem.

Bought this for our German Shepherd/Labrador cross puppy who's got through 3 beds already , either chewing or tearing them apart. Attracted by the orthopaedic claims, however the corner piece/legs have broken on 2 of the legs after 2 months only so can't use anymore.Looked for spares or replacements but couldn't find.

My two Giant Schnauzers are terrors for destroying any bed I get them. in the last year and a half since I have them, I must have spent over a thousand euro in dog beds, no matter the bed, a few days after buying it, it's teared to pieces..Not this time, as this bed doesn't look like a toy, they don't try to mess with it. Built the beds in less than 5 minutes, put them down and threw a throw (see what I did there?) on it and straight away they were lying on them!They really love them and the large is the perfect size for them! The whole in the middle ensures any sand or water just drips under in and makes it easier to clean underneath (no need to move the beds when vacuuming or mopping, a hoover fits right under. Also easy to clean and doesn't keep the smell in, just throw the throw (again!) in the wash and all good :)Jack and Wilson love their beds! There';s Jack stretched out like a king!

Our old chocolate lab loves this bed but it has a gold drainage ring in the middle that our little princess felt was uncomfortable so scratched it out. 6 months on the hole became so big she fell through it, so we wanted a new cover. The frame was as good as new. The very reasonably priced covers arrived quickly and our princess is back on her throne, this time the ring does not seem to be bothering her at all.The only con is the general huge feeling of the bed, however the pros are:It doesn't smell unlike traditional beds.No more huge amounts of fur everywhereIt dries really quickly (great for my dog who can sniff out a filthy puddle from 10 miles).**this week one of the corners broke. I emailed the team and we had new corners the next day for just the cost of the postage - amazing service**
