This is the first omega 3 product that hasn't upset my digestion. For a while, I thought it was the culprit behind my insomnia and palpitations, so stopped taking it and awarded it a lower star rating than my revised rating of 5-stars. At the time, I couldn't return it the seller as I'd already opened it, however I'm glad I didn't throw it out, as I had falsely accused the product of side-effects that weren't of its making! Restarted it about a month ago, one capsule a day, as I'm underweight and think that two capsules would be overdoing it. Have noticed my skin and my eyes are less itchy, my joints more flexible and my energy has increased.

Yes these are a bit pricey but they are the best. Sustainably sourced and fished from organically controlled inland waters which are free from heavy metals. Brilliant..Wouldn’t touch any of the others with a barge pole. You get what you pay for.

The tablets are big size but easy to swallow. I'm satisfied.
