Reasonable quality for the price.
The drills seen be quite good quality I have used several of them to drill into concrete slabs and they have done a reasonably job.

Better than main brand drill bits
I bought these in a pinch having melted over 6 drill bits bought from leading brands. For reference they are going into granite, so very few tools survive, however these drill bits go through it like butter, honestly very surprised with how good they are!
