Good product
Good product. Grinding nicely. Serving it's purpose.Well packed. Received on time. You may feel noisy....but I never seen any silent mixer grinder. So for me it's okay.

Good mixer, even blends nuts and seeds
A good product. Great customer service. I had a problem with the jar but I had very quick response from the seller and he sent me a new one too. Blends smoothies very well, and prefect for all Indian batter, chutneys, grinding spices, everything. Just a bit noisy, but I think that's with all mixers. Thank u Sieren for the fantastic customer service u have provided.

Waste of money
I bought this product year ago ,I have used only 8 or 9 times only ,suddenly it stopped working,there is no physical damage, I contact seller ,I'm not happy with the response, I have a five years warranty but seller refuse the claim ,if u really need this product buy it straight form the company other wise you will have 5 years warranty but u can't claim it

Breaks in to pieces within a year
I don't normally write reviews. I am compelled to... This is the one of the worst product I bought in amazon. The motor is good. But the housing and accessories are built with very cheap plastic which breaks away in just over a year with very moderate use of once or twice a weekReturns is only for 90 days. Even if you don't want to return, the supplier seems to stock NO spares ever if you are ready to pay for it. Basically this is nowhere nearer to UK standards. My daughter cooks and I already told her not to touch this as the knob is broken by heart and there will be electrical leakageI am writing to trading standards to take this product out of UK for safety reasons

Broken jar in less than a year and wont spin
Less than a year and its already broken one of the jars.I bought it last year june 2021 and now in april 2022 its already broken.Tried to contact the seller but dont think anything is gonna work as the seller wont get into making life easier for me even if it was less than a year but if they did i will update here.At the moment warning for others this product wont make to even 1year complete so beware.!!All based on my personal experience and my personal opinion though.
