Super comfortable.
I’ve owned many pairs of Merrells over the years and have always found them comfortable out of the box.I have other barefoot shoes from companies who only specialise in barefoot shoes and these feel just as good.Really happy with the quality, style, look and they are super grippy

Great shoes for trail runs
Merrell vapor gloves have always been great shoes. I absolutely love them and have stuck with them through the iterations - this is probably my 8th pair now! They're comfortable and great for the odd trail run. The only thing I've noticed is they tend to split in the same place, around the ball of my foot. The seam tends to tear away from the upper part of the shoe. This happens consistently after 150-200 miles' worth of trails. I do have wide feet so appreciate the large toe box

Fits like a glove
Excellent product in my opinion more hard-wearing than vivo, seems to give a genuine barefoot experience, I regularly go barefoot, rain or shine but sometimes get minor injuries to my toes, this is a good compromise.

Favourite barefoot style shoes
I went through about 10 pairs of Vapor glove 4’s. These are my second pair of Vapor glove 6’s.I have had many brands of barefoot style shoes over the years, including vivobarefoot, freet, xero, sole runner, vibrams etc and Vapor gloves have been my favourite. The downside is the durability, I was burning through the Vapor 4’s in under three months. The 6’s are no more durable than the 4’s and that is an issue considering the price but I have found durability with other brands to be even worse. The most recent purchases a made were xero prio’s, freet flex and vibe. I couldn’t possibly recommend the prio’s, I can’t understand why they are so highly regarded, the sole is extremely stiff in comparison to the Vapor’s, there may be room for the toes to wiggle but the sole doesn’t move along with them so the sole can effectively slap of the ground and the toes/feet follow, they don’t work in unison, they feel very clunky and the sole started to split from the upper after minimal use.The Vapor’s wrap around my feet and feel snug but don’t restrict the movement of my foot, more of a sock like fit so my feet don’t bounce around inside them causing friction and lack of direct feel of the ground like it get with other ‘barefoot’ shoes.Of course everyone is different, but for me these are the best.

Comfortable and minimalistic
I have run 100 miles in these on mostly pavement and they are still holding up well. I think they're probably better as a summer shoe but I'm still using them in the winter as they feel really lightweight and comfy. I got them for a ridiculously low price but would pay 50-60 happily for another pair when the time comes.

So comfortable.
Really comfy these shoes and so light and I love Merrell's gear.It just feels like you're walking around in socks.I went for a 3 mile walk around the park, and the only thing I will say is that the sole, although grippy, is very thin and you'll feel every stone you step on. I solved this by putting a thin gel insole in, which I suppose in some ways defeats the object of barefoot shoes, but because the insole was thin, it didn't take away from that barefoot feeling. This will be personal and they may be alright for you, but for me I felt every bump. I got the 9.5 so half size bigger than I'd normally buy and the fit is perfect. They take a bit of getting used to when you first put them on, but if you are used to walking around the house in your bare feet, you'll be fine. I've hardly had them off my feet since I got them.Says it all really.Edit: Still amazingly comfortable. I've barely had them off my feet. But as you can see from the pictures I've uploaded, they have worn down so much. I bought these in July, It's now 22/9/24 so 3 months is all it took to get to this stage. The sole is clearly not durable enough and I paid £83 for these. if you wear these as much as I have, they'll last you 3 months if you're lucky. 5 stars for comfort but I've knocked 4 off for durability. they're just not fit for purpose.

Great Minamilist shoes
Brilliant shoes, better than the previous vapours in terms of feel and durability. I purchased black and khaki, both are great.

Excellent Run, Questionable Longevity
This is my first pair of this particular shoe style, and I'm very impressed. While I wish they were more affordable, especially as the soles are beginning to show signs of wear, their performance is excellent. I recently achieved my fastest 5k while wearing them and experienced no foot pain whatsoever.
