Good upper body exercise as well as walking.

These work great and they are quiet and don't smell. My husband has several pairs of walking poles: one pair will unscrew and suddenly shorten, one leaves your hands and gloves stinky afterwards, and one pair is actually very noisy. This pair doesn't do any of those obnoxious things! It works great and does what it's supposed to without any negatives. 10 stars!!

I have been Nordic walking for a number of years and have used a variety of poles. These are quality poles; they are all that you need.I own more expensive poles; these are just as good AND they are reasonably priced. They come with a durable case, pole clips, and "feet" for use on paved surfaces. They are light weight but strong.There is one negative: there are no instructions. There are, of course, many written and video instructions online.Finally, the brand is nowhere to be found on the web, so replacement parts, repair, etc. probably don't exist.

These are nice. Watched Youtube videos to learn positioning and walking techniques. Bottoms seem to twist often.

This product is terrible - cheaply made. I purchased this product and had to return it due to interlock part broken. I got a replacement set and again a piece broke off immediately.

I had to return these due to coming out of the box broken and doesn’t seem made to last.
