Brilliant piece of kit. Attached to WiFi really easily. Easy to work and understand. Download app and away you go. Unfortunately no colour print available but I only need it for labels and odd list and letters. Pretty sturdy built unit light wieght. Make sure you buy the correct paper. Carry case is smart and protective would advise buying unit with case. Functions with out fuss so far so good

The media could not be loaded. As a regular commuter and solo entrepreneur, I have a small home office and had a few other brand inkjet and big thermal printer in the past. They all broke or replacement cartridges are awfully expensive. So decided to ditch all my printers and invest in a compact thermal such as this one. My office has pink colour theme and this pink compact thermal printer is really cute and matches the colour scheme. By side this, it’s lightweight and I can take it with me whilst working away from home. This thermal printer is lightweight and a life saver if i need to print anything urgently both at home and away from home. Just download the phomemo app and connect with your PDF or images. Prints are clear and crisp and I can’t ask for a better compact thermal printer as this one. My only criticism is that it does get a bit noisy during the printing process and you have to purchase special thermal printer. Otherwise i think this printer is portable and effective enough for daily use. Love this purchase!

Excellent for working while travelling. Well made in a neat case. Would highly reccommend. Easy to set up.

This portable printer has been amazing.I was wary purchasing at first but after reading the reviews I decided to buy it.Every household should have one instead of the massive printers most of us have!.I still have a big printer too but haven't used it for a while.The cons are you cannot print anything in colour also when you do print it has to be one page at a time,you also need thermal paper.Positive comments-its so handy! it works via Bluetooth so WiFi isn't needed,it's portable extremely travel friendly for people that need to print a document on the go,it's well worth buying!.The thermal paper isn't expensive compared to ink cartridges.I am very happy with mine.I am surprised that they haven't released thermal colour paper yet which would of course be an added plus for every customer.I can't recommend enough it's so handy!.

Great when it works! But sadly isn’t consistent in printing things out! And now won’t print anything! Done all the solutions that are meant to help with getting it printing again. It keep eating the paper even though I have it in the right way! Returning!

This printer is a game changer and a marvellous piece of kit. I have only had it less than 24 hours but am amazed at the quality of the print - particularly with photos. Sure it only prints in black and white but it does amazingly well. Of course the quality of the photo itself is important as that will affect the outcome of the print out, that goes without saying.The app is simple to use and gives prompts to help you with connecting to your printer and printing. It is very straightforward with no hoops to jump through. The app, however will only allow connection with one Bluetooth device at a time so if you're switching between tablet and phone you will need to disable Bluetooth on the device you are not using. Having to use a cable to connect to a laptop is a small price to pay when the printer is so handy.All-in-all I would highly recommend this printer - lightweight, portable and more than capable of any printing I would need it for.
