Just what I needed
I gave these to my niece for Christmas and she loves them. My sister-in-law saw them and said she'd like to have some so I got these for her birthday. Very well made and attractive as well.

Cheap zippers
I ordered these because I liked the fact that the bottom piece helped hold the shape while loading the bag. Unfortunately the zipper pull broke off on the second use due to the cheap quality.

Updated review
During my second use, I placed some items in the bag. I started to zip the bag and the zipper broke. I feel the bag is nice and sturdy. Zipper is cheap. Very disappointed that sturdier zippers were used. Hopefully the second bag will last a little longer.

A negative review revised
I recently wrote a negative review pertaining to the Veno 2 Pk large bags that I had ordered from them. The zippers had broken. I was astonished when Veno reached out to me, not me contacting them or anyone else. To my astonishment they wanted to make it right by replacing the bags I had previously ordered. I am so impressed by this company taking the care and consideration of my dissatisfaction with their product. I have since used both of the new bags they resent me and they did the job! I liked these bags a lot in the beginning before the zippers broke. Perfect size for me, seems to made of good quality material and insulates well.

Bad Quality, Overpriced
How can this product have good ratings? It's light duty, not heavy duty as advertised. It's not moisture resistance because it has small holes in the back where the bag straps are attached and water can get in. The straps are definitely too small. It's poorly designed. It should have handle s on the side. The bottom panel is made up of cardboard! Can you image what happens when it gets wet? Overall, it's poor quality and expensive.
