Engine Oil Dipstick 11437509784 For M-Cooper R53 R52 From Madlife Garage

So here they are, old & new, side by side on the bonet of my 2007 MINI Cooper S. My primary concern is that there would be a slight discrepency in length but photography aside, I can confirm they are absolutely identical. The new dip stick also seats snugly into the oil flute. The only aspect I can't report on at this point, is longevity. For the price, thus far, "amazebobs" !

I bought this dipstick as it was described as having been built with ABS & Steel, I thought the actual rod would be a spring metal and tough, this is as quoted off the description "This one is the best OE standard replacement for 11437509784.Material:ABS & Steel "However it is all plastic so I feel that I've been ripped off and I could have bought the same Chinese import at a fraction of the price and an OE genuine part for not much more.The only saving grace is that it was well packaged and I is the same size as my original.

brought to replace my broken one in my mini cooper s very common problem i keep this one in the boot and use the old ones cap on the engine and then just get this one out of my boot to check the oil
