Yes, this shower system has a shower valve that is suitable for new construction/remodel. If you want to use this with an existing set up, then requires to remake the plumbing and tiles work.

1.75 Gallons Per Minute. A vaccum breaker is built in the handheld spray. This rain shower system will pass inspection as California or Massachusetts approved.

There's no need to cut the tile when replacing shower cartridge. Just a few simple steps: 1-Remove the handle. 2-Remove the round cover. 3-Unscrew the brass cap with a wrench. 4- Pull out the cartridge and put in the new one.
