Classic design.
What can I say they are very well made and just full of character. They work very well. The fade over time only enhances the brass. I would buy a clip it's a shame it doesn't come with one. I received a tin with mine.

Nice but my unit is of poor assembly quality
While I like the Brass make of this pencil, I had a technical problem soon after buying it: the internal screw mechanism came loose, causing the head to retract into the barrel. I had bought it through a UK supplier and Kaweco were a little hesitant to repair it under warranty. This surprised me, as I thought the warranty would be Europe-wide (I'm in Ireland). However, fair dues to them, they did repair it and sent me a lovely leather holder for it too. So great customer service. But.... the problem was back a month or so later. I just didn't have the energy to go through the whole process again. So, great customer service aside, I regard this product as unreliable and of poor-assembly quality.

Gorgeous. Kaweco doesn't disappoint. It has inspired me to look other smaller business selling similar things, there are a few out there. Might even get a little collection going :)
