I bought this item because it looked like it was good quality, and it is. I've used vent mounts before that have scratched the plastics after minimal use, due to the cheap rubber coating over the mounting bracket. The mounting brackets on this are solid plastic, so won't scratch the vent plastic, no matter how many times you remove it.The fit is really good, I was concerned because the vents on my 2017 BMW are quite compact and awkward. I need not worry though as it fits perfectly and is solid once in place.I've trialed a few different mounts and this is by far the best one. The CD slot mounts feel like they could crack or snap the car plastics at any moment, and the stick ok mounts, will, without doubt, damage your dash when trying to remove.The only draw back for me is the price, as I feel it's too high, which in part is to pay for the packaging. I'd rather a cheaper box and a lower price, but saying that, for me, it's worth the money as I know I'm not going to have to spend a fortune to replace scratched plastic parts inside the car.

Arrived scuffed, scratched and rusty. Fingerprints in the finish as can be seen on the photo. Customer service doesn't reply to their support email either.

Looks great, strength is right, i can get my phone and not pull out holder from vent as the issue with previous holder.Only shame is there aren't many different finishes. small compact and good grip on Vent. i Attach a 6" screen phone, and its never detached from holder.

First of all this is a good magnet and overall it is solidly made. Not tried with an iPad but it held my iPhone 8 Plus firmly. The metal plate fits between my iPhone and the Apple leather case - I do not even have to use the sticky pad, the plate just stays in place. Also no issues with wireless charging with the metal plate in place (I have it just underneath the camera lens). The holder fits the air vent on my 2011 Range Rover Sport, which does not have the widest of air vents, so that is good. Replacing my smaller magnetic holder this Rocco has the advantage of not falling left and right, it strongly (completely) resists lateral movement which solves my problem. But the issue is that it will pivot up and down along with the vent vertical mechanism due to the weight of the phone. This means it is not possible to have my phone in my preferred position, instead it has to face less towards me and more towards the roof. This increases the risk of sun glare. This could be managed by supplying an accessory that angles the phone (e.g. like Ring doorbells come with angle attachments). The other issue is this looks very tacky, but I knew that before I bought it. There is nothing sleek nor elegant about it, in my opinion, and while I would not fault the materials the overall look is more Halfords than Harrods. It's a shame that tacky R logo cannot be removed as that would help.

WOW. very sleek! This hand on heart is probably the classiest air vent mount I have ever seen! Honestly as soon as I received it I was amazed. The box it comes in is so slick! very well made and thought of. The product itself its really cool. Looks amazing in my car and was shocked that you can actually put an tablet on it! I have an iPad Air 2 and it wasnt going anywhere (even at 110mph...) I was looking around and theres a lot of chink stuff thats cheap and nasty. This one really stuck out for me and having seen their instagram page too I was really impressed. Comes with several plates for as you can mount two phones or an iPad! Great product and value for your buck! Highly recommend.

I've bought so many Phone holders but this is the best by a mile. I've probably spent 60 or 70 quid on them, air vents, cd slots etc This one stays in place perfectly and the clip fits my car great! You get three metal magnetic pads for the phone and I use the one with no adhesive.There is no adjustment for the angle as mentioned in another review but for my cars, it is perfect.
