How much longer should I expect the oil paint to take until dry to the touch? I have waited 2 weeks so far.

Two weeks is the normal drying time at normal room temperature and humidity. You can tell if the pigment has dried by gently touching the surface of the picture.

I'm new with oil, I did not know to mix resin with the paint. I'm afraid it will not dry now. Will it by it's own, or should I give up on it?

I’m very new to oils as well. I wasn’t aware I was supposed to mix anything with it, but mine dried just fine.
