Unbelievable Customer Service
There should be 32 stars available, therefore my 5 stars equal 32……just saying. Anyway, there was a problem with my order in that UPS said they delivered it but I never got it so Amazon put me in contact with the seller and he was ON IT!!! Customer Care apologized profusely, started a search with UPS and then decided to just go ahead and create another one for me. In the meantime, 3 days later, UPS somehow found it and delivered it. I LOVE this artist, Didier Lourenco, Spanish. Have 2 other paintings by him. The one above the TV is the one that was delivered this morning and the one next to it is the larger one that I have also. The third one is on a different wall. I think they’re just lovely. I hope you all like them too Oh, all ready to hang too. THANK YOU AGAIN, Customer care team… You are awesome, I will be back and so will my friends.
