Making noise
My wife ordered this, i got time after 1 month to install it, Out of box start making noise but I can't return or get replacement either as per seller, don't waste your money

Easy to install, but a bit weak
It was super easy to install, took literally 2 minutes. Even when you set it to e very hard spring, it does not push the door hard enough to lock it close. Plus, it starts to make a little noise in the hard spring setup. Good value

Difficult to adjust, squeeks + comes apart
Difficult to adjust, took me a long time to get it to actually close the door. My hands were blistered by the time I was done. Then it started squeaking + then ultimately came apart.

This was perfect for the door of our prefab home. Just the right closing force and easy to install.

A waste of money.
This thing doesn’t work. It has enough tension to move the door but not enough for it to actually latch. It’s very frustrating. Don’t waste your money on this.
