Affordable and Looks Good As New
I bought this book as a reference for my loose floral watercolor paintings. The book arrived on time. Feels and looks like new. Smells good (some second hand book have bad smell). I covered it with plastic as its going be around watercolor paints and I want to protect it from splashes. Will definitely buy from this store again.

Beginners guide to floristry
Nice little flower recipe book. Very easy to replicate nothing is too difficult. I’d say this is for beginners in floristry. Lovely photos With easy to read print and easy instructions on how to make the arrangements.

Why did no one do this before?
Can't believe no one did this before - it's so obvious. Actual 'recipes' for beautiful flower arrangements: - 'Take 2 tulips, 1 sprig of fern and just add water! (no - that's not actually one of them, but it IS that simple.) Gives just enough technical information too on tools and best uses of different flowers to inform the novice and remind the more expert. It is American, and this can jar occasionally, but the premise is so straightforward and clearly expressed that it really doesn't affect its usefulness.

A lovely book with some great photographs! Great for the beginners!
It shows the most common flower types + some arrangements. I found it particularly helpful, that it advises how to prepare the steam before arranging so the flower remained fresh as long as possible.

Perfect for the aspiring florist...
I absolutely love this book. As a total novice it is exactly what I need. It gives you a list of flowers and floristry tools to buy, and then talks you through step by step how to put your arrangement together. All the arrangements are beautiful, very current and perfect for a rustic / boho / relaxed style. My favourite purchase this year.

Pretty pictures, not a lot of substance
Lots of pretty pictures, but a lot of the arrangements seem to rely on the container rather than the flowers. The authors don't believe in using Oasis, which is fine, but if you are looking for full range of technical skills you may want to look elsewhere. I would recommend you find this book in your local library if you are looking for colour and texture ideas.
