These have reduced the hot flashes that I was having down a whole lot more then they were. I still have some hot flashes but they aren't like they were. They were a whole lot worse.As for the taste they aren't really that bad.

I ran across these in search of a hormone balancing gummy (I hate pills). I’m far from menopausal age, but have a range of hormonal issues (PCOS, Endemetriosis) These ingredients are also for hormone balancing. I just received them today, smell is strong, but the taste is okay. I will update after 30 days of use.

I did not work at all for me. I will be getting hrt. Save your money and go to the doctor for menopause concerns.
