Perfect Addition to My Kitchen Sink!
I recently bought this Matte Black Kitchen Sink Soap Dispenser, and it's been a total game changer for my kitchen. The stainless steel design not only matches perfectly with my other kitchen fixtures but also feels robust and durable. The matte black finish gives it a sleek, modern look that complements my kitchen beautifully. The standout feature for me has to be the long spout. It's perfectly designed to reach over the sink, which makes using it so convenient whether I'm washing dishes or just cleaning my hands. No more awkward stretching or missed soap on the counter! The installation was a breeze—I had it up and running in no time. It fills from the top, which is super convenient and avoids any under-sink messes. The pump action is smooth and dispenses just the right amount of soap with each press.I've found this soap dispenser not only functional but also incredibly stylish. It's been a month, and it works flawlessly without any clogging or dripping, which is more than I can say for previous dispensers I've owned. If you're looking for a high-quality, stylish kitchen soap dispenser that performs as good as it looks, then I highly recommend this Matte Black option. It’s definitely worth the investment for the functionality and the aesthetic it adds to your kitchen.

Great Long Reach Counter Install Soap Dispenser
Longer reach was needed for my kitchen sink configuration, product works great and installed simply

Nice soap dispenser with extra reach
We purchased a Delta faucet with soap dispenser. The faucet is nice, as it was not a cheap one by any means. But, the soap dispenser that came with the faucet was stubby. It didn't even reach out far enough to not get soap running down the wall of the sink.I ordered this one to replace. This dispenser is all metal and made much better than the delta manufactured dispenser. This one reaches out into the sink and works like a champ. Plus the soap bottle holds a bit more soap than the delta one. This is a great soap dispenser. Hopefully the pump will last, I'll update my review after a few months.

Nice Size & Quality
A sleek, well-made, and well-priced product as far as I can tell so far. One of the reasons for the purchase was the higher pump and longer stem, as my previous dispenser was smaller, so I'm happy with the results. My only caveat is that the illustrations on the box as well as its contents don't entirely agree (a brass flange is included but its purpose is a mystery), nor are the instructions on the box clear. As these dispensers are pretty much installed the same way, I looked at a variety of YouTube videos to make sure I was doing it correctly and the actual installation, replacing the old unit, took maybe 5 minutes with no tools or a second set of hands required. Some reviews mention the pump as being wobbly, but I haven't encountered that.

I should love it, but it's truly awful
It's a stylish, solidly constructed piece of equipment with a long reach. Looks great at the sink. I bought 5 of these 9 months ago and every one looks like this today. Every push of the pump, if anything comes out at all, yields a brown glob of soap. The check valve, which is supposed to prevent liquid from draining back into the bottle, is practically useless. In my experience all of those cheap plastic check valves are a waste of time and money. I ended up buying commercial check valves that work perfectly but the brown sludge continues unabated. Why? I don't know, can't tell. The valves also leak soap, brown soap, that drips down into the cabinet below. I don't want to disparage the company that makes these, but I would ask that they redesign their pump mechanism, and prosper. I've just today replaced these units with a name brand pump that works great. I've used these before but I thought a longer reach would be preferable. What I've learned is that clear soap is preferable to a long reach delivering globs of brown gunk. Until these are upgraded I'd pass on purchasing.....

Simple and good
Replaced my old soap pump which ultimately broke. Love the extra length of the nozzle and it dispenses soap well while being quite easy to clean.

WHY didn't I know about these things sooner?!?!
OMG, where has this gizmo BEEN for the last 20 yrs that I've had a soap dispenser on my kitchen sink??It boggles my mind to think of all the wasted time refilling those 8oz containers that require you to either turn yourself into a contortionist to get under the sink to remove/reinstall it or use a tiny funnel to refill it from the top (that ALWAYS causes an overflow of soap/dishwashing liquid no matter how careful you are or how many times you've refilled it before!).Seriously...if you have a sinktop soap dispenser... BUY. THIS. THING.I love it so much I wish I had an extra kitchen sink just so I could install another one!SO easy to install.Works Perfectly---about 30 pumps to get it flowing, then it dispenses the perfect amount every time UNLESS you haven't used it in half a day and then you'll have to pump 2x to get the full flow coming out. (Yes, the check valve is nicely made stainless...tested before install...maybe I need to reconfigure my tube run to keep it from losing a TINY bit of prime? Or maybe I'll just pump twice after it's been sitting unused overnight? Yeah...I'll do that.)I love this so ridiculously much that I've told everyone I know (and a lotta people I DON'T know) about it---and actually opened my cabinet doors to show it to everyone who's come into my kitchen since I installed it.

Deceptive pictures in description
None of the pictures provided by the manufacturer provide a realistic image of what the dispenser looks like when it is installed. There is a black gasket that goes above the counter that is visible when the unit is in place. That is not seen or even shown in the pictures. I wouldn’t have bought this dispenser if I had known that the black gasket would be obvious. Also, when you press on the dispenser it wobbles and does not feel secure. Maybe I got a lemon since I didn’t see any comments about this but I probably can’t return it since it’s already installed, as much as I would like to.
