Sweet Smoked Paprika Powder La Chinata 350 Grams

This is the real deal... Do yourself a favour and buy a big tin of the stuff, because you'll soon realise that La Chinata paprika, and in particular, the Sweet Smoked version, can improve most dishes. Rub on a chicken prior to roast, add to stews for increased depth of flavour, it also works really well in curries to provide natural sweetness and colour. I've started sous-vide cooking recently, and have found that paprika really helps improve the 'look' of sous-vide cooked meats that can otherwise look anaemic. Rub into your meat before sealing the bag, and when it's cooked you'll find it much easier to achieve a good colour when it comes to either searing in a hot pan or blow torching. A great product and a great price from a great seller.

Excellent service for an excellent product

This brand of Smoked Paprika is the best, and very difficult to source in the UK, the stuff sold by M&S and other 'high-end' retailers is the cheaper tasteless stuff that I am sure the Spaniards are only too happy to send over here. Not only the best brand but very competitively priced and in a much larger tin than is usual. The delivery process was seamless as well, highly recommended.

Use this at my restaurant, used by top chefs such as Rick stein this paprika is well worth its weight. Strong flavour, nice and long lasting in its tin, always keep it handy for soups, marinades, or general sprinkling for colour.

I'm very pleased with it, it's much higher quality than the rest of the stuff I can get on local markets. I think the price is fair too.

Love the sweet smoked paprika and the La Chinata gives so much more flavour than the cheaper brands I have tried and you don't need to use as much, well worth the money.

I use this for paella. It makes the stuff I had previously used seem like rubbish. My kitchen smells like Spain when cooking with this. Good stuff. It really makes a big difference which paprika you use. I didn't realise how much until I tried this.
