This adapter will allow you to mount your own tripod head using a 3/8" mount to the top of the MegaMast. The outer bushing can also be pushed down to expose a 1/4"-20 thread. The adapter has a standard base along with three locking allen screws to ensure that your tripod head is securely attached to the mount.
